This example is a straightforward design document for a short eLearning course.
It includes a RACI chart, and follows aspects of the ADDIE model (certain aspects were removed at the request of senior business leadership).

Due to the sensitive nature of the content, the script was included for review by the legal department prior to the start of the project build.

It also contains notes as to certain aspects that should happen within the course, which came from discussions with project stakeholders and the
Lessons team.
These notes were also used in a photoshoot to ensure I had all the pictures I needed for the course build.
