ELEARNING EXAMPLES
This example is a Product Module. These courses were developed for & purchased by vendors, and distributed to our retail and contact center sales team. The stated goal was to establish the "one thing" that set the featured product or product line apart from other similar products. Additionally, I would include a few additional features and benefits. This provided the sales team with talking points about the product in order to assist them with their sales pitch. Additionally, I recorded and edited the voice over for this course.

This example is something I developed for the GC Lessons team. The target audience were Lessons Leads, who would be answering the phone and pitching lessons to interested customers. The learning objective was to help standardize the customer experience across the entire chain by providing real-world examples, and a printable cheat-sheet.
This example is part one of a four part series I developed around diversity and inclusion. Since these courses were not required to be completed by the organization, I only included knowledge check questions to help reinforce the learning objectives, and there was not an actual assessment. Based on a request from our HR leadership, the navigation was left unlocked, so users could move forward at their own pace.
